At first I wasn’t so thrilled at the location of this restaurant because it’s on a busy street and upon first glance it doesn’t seem like there’s anywhere to park. I was, however, pleasantly surprised at the huge, open free parking lot at the back of the restaurant. Upon entering the restaurant, it is very open and inviting to customers. There is a space for karaoke and the bar is located at the back of the restaurant. The food is Asian fusion, which was very unique and enticing. Everything that I tried was very flavorful. I had the pho which was quite tasty, the Binh’s beef tataki which wasn’t like any tataki I’ve tried before. This dish had fresh herbs combined with lemon juice to accompany the beef. These flavors melded so well with each other. Our table also shared the Basket of Only the Good stuff which had a mix of some of their different appetizers. I like the idea of this so that everyone can sample a little bit of everything. This plate was accompanied with 4 different types of sauce. A lot of what was on this plate didn’t need additional sauce because of the strong, delicious flavors. The Panama dogs looked pretty cool but were a bit spicy for my liking. It was good but had a real kick to them! I really liked the pork belly, shoe string fries and fried cheese sticks. One person in our party had the chicken and egg sub which looked very good. I’d like to try that one the next time I visit this restaurant. The service was extremely friendly from the beginning, middle and right to the end. I strongly recommend this restaurant and look forward to my next visit.
