Went with a friend who hadn’t had pho and we had never been here before. the waitress was not friendly, I ordered the beef flank and tenderloin, but I got tripe. The pho was not very hot. it was cheap so I think that’s why there were customers there, Probably just excepting the bad service and mediocre food because of the low price. I won’t go back especially when I know there are much better pho places with friendly happy service.
