We arrived at the Sawridge too late to eat at Walter’s. But this was no compromise. Excellent food, well crafted cocktails, we were able to eat, chill and relax after a long road trip.
Staying in the hotel and had no idea there was a karaoke night. Showed up and had a great time. If you are in town I think it’s the pre-bar on karaoke night and the place gets packed.
dark beer hall type atmosphere- tables and chairs- no atmosphere- pool table off to side- small bar with no seating- old tvs- nice staff but way out of the way and little appeal – most people take a look and go back up the stairs
basic pub atmosphere, good food choices and good prices for national park (nothing cheap in the park), younger crowd so I you prefer quiet and romantic eat upstairs in lounge or dining room as can be busy with people/music/TV’s/pool table
