My boyfriend and I came here for a mid week getaway hung out in Banff for the day and then came to kananaskis for the night. The next morning we had breakfast at the fireweed grill and it was very underwhelming to say the least. Service was terrible for there only being 2 people in the restaurant other than ourselves, food came out cold and when we asked for hot hashbrowns we were told it would be at least a 15 minute wait. For the prices of food at this hotel it’s definitely not up to par and the wait staff could use some extra training in customer service. We won’t be returning.
