Bad service ever! It says in their store hours that they r open until 2am but dang there wasn’t any hostess in the front door to assist us. We f’in waited for 15mins standing there callin but no one noticed us.. I highly advice not to go in this place..
I don’t know. I think Boston pizza in general has gone way down. We always go in the lounge so we did here too. Slow service, bad microwaved food. I think I’m over Boston Pizza.
Went in on a Friday night at 1230, my friend and I went to take a seat at the bar section and sat down for a good 10 minutes and amazingly.. NO ONE came to help us out or give us the food menus. There was a good 5-10 people looking like they were paying their bill, but come on.. AT LEAST come over, greet us and give us our menus. Me and my friend just left on the spot. Needless to say, WE WILL NEVER BE BACK AT THIS EVANSTON LOCATION! I would probably get better service at a chinese restaurant than this. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Not to mention the server had noticed us walk in and didn’t even bother coming over to greet us.

Service was TERRIBLE !!!!. Waited 30mins to order food, ordered a Caesar drink the waitress brings a virgin Caesar. Waited an additional hour for our food to come out, and then find out our waitress quit on the spot. The water tasted like bleach, just an awful experience overall. The manager knew we were there and couldnt even be bothered to come over and apologize. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN !!
Not so good anymore. Used to be not bad for food and service. At some point in the past couple years things seriously degraded. Food is awful, service okay.
