Yummy! We’ve driven by a thousand times and finally stopped in to try it out. We came off hours, so no lineup. The service was fast and friendly. The portions are huge, I had enough for two meals. There are lots of meats, sauces and toppings, to choose from, so it’s really flavourful. We took ours to go and it got a bit soggy on the way home, but still tasted good.
I feel like people who really like Costa Vida, really havent had good Mexican. If your frame of reference is, its better than Taco Time. No kidding Sherlock. Lets not kid ourselves. This is another fast food Chipotles knock off. Lets not pretend that the food doesnt sit in open containers, all, day, long. Or that its not a 14 year old preparing your meal with gloves. All that being said, its not bad for fast food. I like the beef enchiladas, smothered.
