Very good lunch spot. Theyre lunch specials are on point but, sadly the prices just went up. Also you can only get combos, at lunch. Love the pakora.
Great prices and quality of food! Always lots of meat in their meat dishes and very fair serving sizes! Chicken tikka masala, lamb qorma and beef madras are my favourite dishes! Their samosas aren’t the best I’ve had and I wouldn’t get them again. The naan isn’t life changing, but let’s face it, it’s all about the sauce you dip it in and the sauces in all their dishes is amazing! No real ambience to dine in, but for take out it’s so so good! If you don’t like spicy, go for mild spice (they ask you what level of spice for each dish). By Canadian standards, their stuff is spicy. I go medium (I like spicy) and it’s spicy enough that imagining the level of heat above that seems extreme.
Good food for a good price for calgary. Usually order chicken biryani and seekh kebab to go. Well flavoured. Biryani could use more chicken pieces but its cheap so cant complain.
Small, simple place off Macleod Trail. We’ve been here a couple times & will be back. Not fancy but focused on delivering a great taste experience. Always smiling, helpful service. We had veggie samosa, garlic nann, veggie curry, spinach. Enjoyed everything.
I am in love with their food!!! Probably the best Indian I’ve had! The interior is modest but they also have take out. The flavours are incredible, naan is fresh, and the staff very helpful! I recommend the butter chicken sauce, but on anything! New favourite Indian place right here 🙂
Some of the best Indian in the city, super fresh, decent sized portions, really friendly family and actually spicy food. Will be back and recommend to many friends.
Great lunch combo withpakoras, samosa, rice, butter chicken and naan for $9. Flavours were excellent, price was reasonable. One tip: Unless very busy, you should be cooking your pakoras and samosas to order. Mine tasted great, but were luke warm as they had been sitting under a heat lamp or something for a period of time. I will return.
