I love Mexican food. Came here because it’s not a trendy taco joint but rather a classic style MX Canadian eatery. Service is prompt, prices are reasonable and portions a good size. I’ve visited three times and left being a happy diner every time.
I really enjoyed this restaurant. Unfancy but very Mexican like. Great Mexican ambience, Mexican looking inside and Mexican music playing. Food was very tasty and served fast. I had the enchiladas for lunch. Very reasonably priced. Service was friendly and fast. I’ll be back.
ordered lunch El Trio today and it was only $10 for a full plate of goodies. plus free chips and salsa! it’s my forth time there and will be back 🙂
Absolutely putrid. The Mexican Combination plate consisted of some bean flavoured mush, guac from a plastic tub and a handful of shi##y chips from a bag. Considering that there were only two occupied tables in the place it tool over 10 minutes to get even water. We didn’t even finish our drinks or the tray of crap they gave us for the appetizer. Complete garbage.
This was our first time at this restaurant, had a Groupon. Went for lunch but had to order off dinner menu with Groupon. This was totally fine. Our waiter was very friendly and answered any questions about Mexican food that we needed explained. Got a combo platter and was totally impressed with the authenticity of the food. The Mole’chicken enchilada was so delicious! I highly recommend this Mexican Restaurant if you are craving authentic food.
Spoke to the person in charge. He was rude and did not care for the business. I was trying to arrange dinner for 8 and I figured if this is what I’m getting on the phone I might as well skip this place.
