Best Donair and Baklava. My husband and I were in the city running errands and decided we wanted donair. I looked up where to find some in the south end as it was on the way home. Sichani’s popped up and we decided based on the reviews we would give it a try plus it was a good reason to check out the market as we had been meaning to. The food was delicious, I have had many donairs in my lifetime and quite a few in Calgary itself and this was by far the best we have had. The food was so fresh and even though it was stuffed full the pita held up and didn’t just break apart. I ended up going back and buying some tzatziki and pita bread as well as some delish Baklava to take home. It was a great ending to a Sunday spent running around the city. The service was excellent and they wanted to make sure we liked it, we will be back for sure.
Highly Recommend!. I love Sichani’s Mediterranean, they are very friendly and the food is absolutely to die for. The meat is so tender and juicy, the sauces and dips are amazing- you can really tell the ingredients are fresh. I have never had a bad experience here and highly recommend to everyone!

I had the good fortune of stumbling upon this little gem a few weeks ago and I can’t get enough. Their kuku balls are absolutely delicious and the baba ganoush is probably the best I’ve ever had. Bold authentic flavors and wonderful customer service make this my new best find in Calgary.
