Great Pizza at Tom’s. I never am disappointed at Tom’s. We stopped in to Tom’s before the game the other night and once again had a great thin sliced pizza. Fresh toppings and not to much cheese on mine. Pizza in Calgary is overpriced but Tom’s is still a treat.
Lov e,love their food. I have been a Tom’s House Of Pizza lover for years. There are so many pizza places all over and no one can make pizza, It’s either has to much sauce which I hate or it’s kind of soggy which I hate. The only pizza I will eat is Tom’s or sometimes Pizza 73 but mostly Tom’s no one can make GOOD pizza as good so Tom’s my hat off to you keep up the good work. I no everyone has their own opinion but come on really!! I phone ahead on my lunch and order a personal pizza and it’s ready for pick up and eat it on my way back to work. DELICIOUS!!!!!
Service. Been a customer for 3+ years. I find the food, if not exceptional, decent fare. What I object to is that, I always know what I want, before I phone in an order, so as to not waist the time of the order taker. I REALLY resent when they make me wait 10+ minutes to make a 1 minute order. The next time it happens will be my last order from Tom’s

Could not get any worse. This was bad enough that I had to write this survey. We were plannning a birthday lunch for 20+ kids before going going roller skating at Lloyds. We went by and spoke to the manager who informed us for 22 kids maybe 4-5 pizzas as large has 12 slices. He also promised to give us a good discounted price.On the day of the event his employe informed us there is no discount. Each large piza is basically enough for 2 kids. Its paper thin and so small. 22 kids between the age of 5 and 10 ate 10 pizza. The owner was sooo so rude. The taste of the pizza is like card board. Any grocery store frozen pizza has more toppings and tastes better then this. I just paid what he asked and want to inform others so no one is fooled by him again.Oh btw, the employee and owners wife were pleasant. Its the owner who has zero customer service skill.
Ha ha. If you like fiction but cant afford a book, just come to this page and read the bad reviews on Toms. It’s a good thing that guy is going back to the centre street location, it’s not like Toms makes all of their ingredients in this store and sends them out to the others in the franchise, oh wait, yes they do, It’s literally impossible for the pizzas to taste differently from one location to the next.The blogger from Chow Town also doesn’t have a couple of his facts straight and shows basic ingredient ignorance to support his bias.
Great atmosphere. I grew up eating in pizza parlours, Calgary doesn’t really have any. We are flooded with Pizza Huts and Boston Pizza’s and quality really suffers. It is a shame everyone cannot experience what a true pizza parlour is. Tom’s House of Pizza gives me the feeling of what I grew up with in a small town in Eastern Canada. The restaurant is always too hot, but the pizza is simple and satisfying. I love it every time! I highly recommend everyone try this venue for an authentic experience.
