Horrible service. Just tried to call to make a delivery order and asked questions about certain dishes. I was told twice they are to busy. Was hung up on once and the next I was spoken to even more rudely. I run a business myself and there was No customer service at all within this place.
Favourite place for delivery. I live in Haysboro and always order from here. The dumplings aren’t 90% dough and neither are the ginger beef/chicken or the salt n pepper seafood. Their lunch buffet has very limited items, but are all very good. Would definitely recommend.
Bad attitude from owner and misleading menu. I ordered the menu item Two types of mushrooms with vegetables…in the past it was shiitake mushroom and straw mushrooms with lovely array if veg …today the container was barely full and only ONE type of mushroom.. For the same $11.50 price tag!! Called the owner and he basically said that’s just how the dish is..even though I questioned why there was only one type of mushroom when the menu stated two types..he basically said mushrooms are expensive now…so??? I Still paid $11.50 for a half full container or corn peas and a few straw mushrooms…..?? How does that justify? There was no aplogy and no refunds. It was more of a ‘this is how we do it’ attitude..the server told me the owner charges his clients for wanting extra sugar with their coffee…how sad is that? She also told me that they are constantly getting complaints and losing business but the owner doesn’t care….with that attitude I refuse to ever set foot back in that restaurant. It didn’t help that every other dish I ordered was over priced and the cheapest quality you can get…not to mention barely full. This restaurant needs its old owners back..or better yet, get some NEW ONES!!
Quite good! Likes the fried foods the best (lemon chicken and spring rolls). Nice and crispy and light with a natural lemon flavour for the lemon sauce which is hard to come by. Nice variety of veggies in the mixed vegetables. Would order again!
Its ok. Orderd from here because its close by. It was ok, nothing to rave about. The Egg fo young was very bland. The chicken fried rice was low on flavor too. Ginger beef was ok, but would have prefered they offered the sauce on the side instead of dousing it in sauce, as it makes it soggy. Dont think Ill order from here again.
Best food ever. My family and I usally go ever two weeks. Very fresh made and delicious. Very friendly service. IF YOU GET THE CHANCE GO ITS SOOOOO GOOD. The chicken chow mein is to die for!
