Again, I don’t normally like reviewing fast food places but I love Arby’s. their beef and cheddar and French dip and Swiss are so tasty and their straight fries are always nice and crispy. The horsey sauce goes so well with everything. I wish there was one closer to my house.
First time… No problems.. This was my first time at this location. When I went in it was nearly empty and I was served right away. I went with the swiss melt and asked for extra peppers (I got the meal). They definitely put extra peppers on it and I am big fan of the horsey sauce. Curly fries were very good, too. It was fairly clean… about as clean as a fast food place can get. Much better substitute than McDonalds in my opinion.
Poor service. Very disappointed in the service received. Went and picked up our meal when we got home we were missing a sandwich. I called and was told that if I gave them my name they would replace the item for free the NEXT time I came in. I asked what was I to do about our supper tonight? Then she said that she was sure she had put everything in, at which point I again told her what we had in the bag when we got home again she said next time you come in I will replace the item and again I asked what we should eat for supper tonight? You can see how this is going, I’m out the cost of a sandwich.
No thank-you.. Ordered a roasted chicken club, it was horribly made and thrown together with globs of mayo everywhere. After a few bites I came across lettuce with black chunks in it. Very dispointed and you will never see me at an arbys again. Waste of time and money.
