Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of our family during our visit to Bill’s. The waiters were so very accommodating and informed about our special dietary needs. The food at Bill’s was delicious! My son had a wonderful time and liked that he could order special dessert-Tofu Pudding. If you wouldnt mind telling me how you prepared it, I would like to try making some for him at home, since he enjoyed it so much. :)Once again THANK YOU SO MUCH for everything! We had a great vacation, and your staff helped to make it that way! We will be back next year! Thanks again for all your hard work and consideration.

I want to start by saying I have been here twice, the first time I went I thought I would go a second time before writing a review because I wanted to first try their dim sum menu. I am glad I did because the quality of this restaurant was much worse the second time. I’ll start with positives: The food is alright. The prices weren’t exorbitant (though were still on the high end for the quality). My favorite dish was the stick rice with chicken. Now, I read a lot of reviews with people encountering hair and fingernails in their food. As a rule I write these off as disgruntled people or competitors trying to give a place a bad rep. However, I did encounter a hair in my chili oil. This seriously needs to be addressed by the owners if they ever want people to come back (and if they want to avoid being shut down by health inspection). The next problem was the service. We went when the place first opened (10 am) and there were very few people already at the restaurant. Both times I went we had to wait for someone to acknowledge us and there was nobody attending to the people coming in.Most dim sum places offer several condiments (hot mustard, hoisin, hot sauce, chili oil, etc.) and it is common practice for them to give them to you by default, at least once they start bringing food out. This was not the case for us. The interesting thing is, the people next to us seemed to get theirs all right (on a plate with a spoon just after they ordered). We had to ask for sauces and even then they only brought out 2 without a spoon and no plate. Lastly, our water was never refilled and after asking, still took some time (~10 min).Trust me, I am a patient reviewer, usually give the restaurant the benefit of the doubt and do not rate low unless it is warranted. If you go here, be prepared for average food and sub-par service (and possibly a few hairs in your food).
