As far as pizza 73’s go this is pretty standard. We have only had delivery. It’s always shown up fast and hot. The drive is always nice and friendly. We will be ordering from here again.
Staff needs to be changed. Horrendous customer service. Waited 20 min to order (nobody else was there), only to have them screw up the order multiple times. Ordered the take 6, they charged me $42 ($12 more). They changed it to $26 and said I ordered medium. I must’ve said take 6 at least 20 times during the order, only to have them argue that I kept changing it.The one man with a higher pitch voice does not listen, rudely interrupts and doesn’t confirm orders before leaving for 5 min at a time.

They didn’t say hello or anything when we walked in. The man had little to no idea what he was doing and even yelled at some staff members while we were here. DO NOT GO HERE
This place is probably good in store but don’t call them for ordering in. These people don’t listen to the most basic instruction and will screw you over hugely and still charge you full price… Just pathetic business management.
WORST customer service EVER!. First off I have been a loyal customer to Pizza 73 for most of my life, since my parents ordered it. I ordered some pizzas online when they opened at 11am, I call after an hour to check the status of my order, Guess what they lost it. So They ask if I would like to reorder or cancel. I asked to reorder with a rush on the order. Another half hour passes, still no pizza. So I call back, Still have no idea when its coming, I ask to speak with customer service for a discount. No discount is offered for the order, but I can get a CREDIT! A CREDIT!! I don’t want to order with them EVER again! Still I hold out hope for some food. Finally I call back at 115pm, yes, officially waited 2 hours since the ORIGINAL order, and Cancelled. I called customer service to complain, and she said thank you for your feedback and hangs up! Have to say the WORST experience I have EVER has!
