Fav bbt joint. This place is amazing!! Every time I’ve went, I’ve never been disappointed. Their bubble tea is great, especially the chunky monkey and their fresh fruit ones. A friend and I had curry fish balls and their fries. Their fries come as a big portion and are never soggy. I will be returning
Very inconsistent. The bubble tea is very inconsistent and often times watered down. Will give this place another try in the summer time..hopefully it will be better. I also find this place a tad bit intimidating to walk into
This place needs to be more consistent. At one point in time the debit machine was out of order for over a month. Myself and a group of 8 came to this location at 1030pm on Saturday to find it closed when all signs said it was open until midnight. Called and no one answered, went upstairs to check if there was a sign of explanation and there wasn’t. Best part is that the lights were on and music was blaring throughout the restaurant. When we went back downstairs, we saw a man standing in the window on his phone looking out into the parking lot. I understand if places are closed for events, but at least place a sign on your door to notify customers. I have been disappointed too many times, and will not be returning.
Meh. One time I walked in on the guy sleeping. I had to go back and stomp up the stairs and fiddle loudly with the door to wake him up.Room is kinda grimy. and those huge windows need some covering, the sunset is blinding.I don’t crave bubble tea often, but when I do, I want a good one and it worth the drive downtown.
Believe it or not, I was never actually into bubble tea until I had it at bubbletopia. There even came a point in time where I came on a weekly basis for bit. In my opinion, they have the best bubble tea. The food on the other hand can be hit or miss sometimes. Sometimes it’s over baked and sometimes it’s decent. I wouldn’t really reccomend the food unless you’re looking for a quick bite or snack if you’re already there. The service is usually great as well but it can be busy on friday/saturday nights and I’ve had my food orders forgotten about a couple of times to the point of a 30 minute wait. Overall, their bubble tea is the best I’ve had and the service is usually great. I still come here often and would reccomend it.
Hidden Gem. I’ve been to many bbt places, and bubbletopia seems to be the only bbt joint that satisfied my cravings. Wings are good. If anyone wants to do the wing challenge, goooood luck! After finals, i’ll be here frequently!
Good drinks and good service. No complaints. Don’t do the hot wing challenge unless you are satan and can handle extreme heat.
