I am sitting in the Extreme Pita restaurant right now, while the owner is berating his employee on the floor in front of customers. Not only did it ruin my dinner having to listen to him, I feel so bad for his employee. How embarrassing for her. Makes me not want to support this man’s business.
My pita from this place is always hot and I always ask them to not make mine in a bowl, and they easily comply with that. So overall good customer service experience. The customer who referred to the pineapples is mistaken, as another person said, the pineapples are optional, so the worker wouldn’t have put them in if they weren’t asked for.

Just a story. A friend had ordered something and asked to exclude the pinapple, as she was deathly allergic. When the worker put pineapple on the friend pointed it out and the worker picked it off, there was alot of juice that had soaked into the bread so the friend asked her to remake it, the worked begrudgingly did so and then tried to charge for two sandwiches, refusing to only charge for one sandwich. My friend was not given any sandwich or pita(im not sure) that day.
