I love coming here! Now that they have changed to full service I think they have improved phenomenally. I don’t mind their house wine blends they are pretty good and you can never go wrong with their lunch options! Their olives are also one of my favourites! Been going here for years before movie nights and will keep going back!
I’ve been here several times and have also visited all the other locations in Edmonton in the past and this has to be the worst one. specifically from my take-out experience today, the pizza was completely burnt on the bottom while every bite tastes like cigarette ashes. I literally could not finish the pizza, I had to scrape off the arugula and prosciutto just to salvage the only edible part of that mess. The pizza was cut in random shapes that was so sloppy and anyone could tell the staff does not care about the food they’re serving. I have never had a pizza this horrible, so save your time and money and visit literally anywhere else.
Usually go to the Northwest or West Ed Mall location until they opened one in the Namao area. Been going here since they first opened and it is close to home.Love the pizza and they tasted amazing. Good, fast and friendly service.
Management is AWFUL. I live close to this location but will now never return!!! In my three visits, management was so awful and disrespectful to staff. My most recent trip during the week the restaurant was nearly full with only ONE server on the floor. The server was fantastic but the on duty manager sat at a table on his computer the WHOLE time. On two other seperate visits I have witnessed two caucasian managers yell at their servers. HAVE RESPECT FOR YOUR EMPLOYEES NAMAO
Over an hour for take out. We tried to get take-out today, but were told it would be over an hour because they had to serve all the seated customers first. Instead, we called the famoso on St. Albert trail (equally busy) and they said if it was take-out, the pizza would be ready in 15 min. Seriously, Famoso Northeast, what IS the point of your take-out option?!?
We went there again, the service was average. We got the caesar salad and fire roasted tomato bisque sides (delicious). For pizzas, we ordered the Funghi +chicken, BBQ chicken and Spicy Thai. These pizzas are thin so I suggest no more than 2 people share one. We loved the pizza with the exception of Spicy Thai (too many nuts and carrots). At this point we were full but we still got desserts: gelato (cranberry, hell yeah) and Dolce & Banana (my favorite). Our waitress was patient and wonderful the entire time. My only complaint was that some chicken was not FULLY cooked and that was unacceptable. Otherwise, no too bad. A little expensive fir what you get but it’s not a place I’ll be frequenting often (except maybe dessert)Great service but their pizza is just not to my liking, spare with toppings and thin crusts..
