I have recently returned to Pho Hoan Pasteur after a long hiatus, and the change has been remarkable in the restaurant. As I was seated I was promptly given water and tea, which I have never experienced in a Pho restaurant. After, as I received my food a waitress noticed my water was empty and she quickly filled my glass without asking. The food was fresh and pipping hot, and the service was the best service in a Pho restaurant I’ve had! They were always smiling! Will return again!
