I just wanted to say wow. Our waiter I wish I remembered his name, he was really tall and skinny! He was super nice and super attentive and actually seemed to enjoy his job. I had the pina colada milkshake, I wouldn’t recommend it… it was way too sweet, and didn’t taste right.. I had a burger in a lettuce cup and sweet potato fries. As usual delicious. They changed up their sauce for the sweet potato fries, it was different but a good different!
It was all in all great food and Amazing service’ I had really enjoyed the butterscotch beer but the fries were just too salty also the burgers were cooked very well but the build a burger menu was very confusing and it was easy to select the wrong ingredient
I prefer the west side location, but seeing as how much this is closer to where I live, it’s far more convenient. This place is really really good. Just be warned that the 40% off burgers on wednesday apply to the burger ONLY and not the $5 drinks. The food arrived lukwarm, so I hope they improve in that regard. You should probably check your bill before you pay. I realized they charged me for an extra topping that should NOT have been an extra. I know it seems like my review is mainly negative but it’s not. I liked this place, we had fun customizing our burgers and the staff was friendly!
The best part of dining at Soda Jerks definitely has to be the service! I mean the food is perfectly good, don’t get me wrong, but it’s the lunchtime server that keeps me coming back. Her name’s Danielle and she’s always on top of her game and is so welcoming, personable, and hilarious. Soda Jerks you’ve got a gem!!
1 of the best burger places in the city huge portions cheap prices and all burgers are ground chuck so you can have it a little pink in the middle for some extra juice also the deep fried pickles are top notch
I am so disappointed with this place! Not sure if the other locations are better but the food here is disgusting! I actually got food poisoning from my fish sandwich and my boyfriend could only manage 2 bites of his beef burger because there were so many hard lumps of fat? At least we think that’s what the white balls were…. we couldn’t even cut one with a knife and the burger was full of them! The milkshakes and vintage pop are the only reason to go here…. please do NOT try a burger
Decided to check this place out as my bf and I enjoy a good burger here and there. It’s nice and bright, decor is kinda old school diner feel, and the service was good. Almost opted to build our own burger but since it was the first time we ordered off the menu, he got the barn yard which he enjoyed and I had the spicy burger (wasn’t really spicy…for me anyways and I found it dry)Also ordered the deep fried pickles and a side of the chocolate bacon, neither one of us liked the chocolate bacon, I didn’t much care for the kind of chocolate, the pickles were made there which were awesome and the French fries were really good too! We will definitely go back and try something else again sometime, but appetizers aren’t necessary.
