Great for airport food. Much better than what you can find at most airports. On an urban scale, I’d have given this place a 3 but I gave it an extra point for being at and airport and not trying to commit highway robbery.
All Bone. I am really disappointed with the lack of pride they have taken in their service and they clearly acknowledged that their wings were probably from malnourished chickens as they had the smallest amount of meat. I did not mention that they were severely overcooked. This is especially disappointing because of the large ad they have for the wings. This is definitely not a place to come to when there is so many other options in this airport. Failed.
Worst Chili’s experience ever! Waited for 20 munutes just to order something for a late lunch (at 4 p.m.), but not a single waitress approached me. They saw me, passed by me and pretended they saw nobody. They were not super busy, they were offering refills for other customers and that was the attitude they showed me. I felt ashamed of them and left the restaurant quietly. From Middle East thru Asia I loved Chili’s services, I am afraid I have to hate it here in North America.
Generic flour tortillas used for my overpriced quesadillas. Flavourless in taste. Everything was just bland and plain. I thought chillis was about spice and flavour. Service was good, but food was poor.
This is not your average Chili’s. prices are much higher and portions are much lighter. I was disappointed to learn that the only side was fries, especially when I’m trying so hard to eat better…usually I can do OK at Chili’s, but next time I will surely bypass THIS one.
I was very disappointed to find out that I’ve been charged $1.50 for asking for spicy chicken. When I brought it to the waitress’s attention, she just responded – ‘that’s kitchen’s responsibility’. On top of that she was complaining to her coworker before I left the grill. I always ask for spicy food, but this was the first time I was being charged $1.50 & without being notified about it in advance.
