Tried to have breakfast here before heading through security. Unfortunately this very quiet restaurant , I am the only person here, is not serving me so review is based on service only.
Service wasn’t great. Bartender wasn’t very pleasant. Took her 20 mins after she gave me the menu to ask me what I wanted. Then another 40 to get my order, which was a grilled cheese and kettle chips. Really? I’ll stay on the other side of security for my meals at this airport from now on.
Breakfast only available until 11AM. Very limited menu. Soup bowl was very small. They gave me a salad with greens that had been frozen.
Rigid management. Refused to substitute kettle fries for regular fries. Seriously?
Well I’m sitting here now and have been waiting 25-30 minutes just to be asked if I need a drink while 20 servers keep walking by me. Not to mention the mess on this table that they don’t clean. Overpriced.. Honestly the worst place I have ever been to
Terrible! Had the beef barl…. Terrible!Had the beef barley soup that was barely warm and the garlic bread that it came with seemed like it was a week old I couldn’t even bite through it. Then I had the fish and chips that the fish was barley warm and cold fries. Fish was store bought not even freshly battered. And what restaurant, bar and grill uses plastic cups, bowls and plates?!?! I was surprised I didn’t get plastic knife and fork and a Kleenex for a napkin.Only thing they couldn’t screw up is the beer cuz it’s already in a bottle but I guess they could if they served it warm.
Fish and chips were terrible. Fries were not crispy whatsoever, in fact still soggy! The fish was basically store bought frozen crap. Only fresh thing had to have been the slaw. Disgusting
