This location consistently gets your order wrong. Check everything in your bag before you drive away. The restaurant is usually quite dirty as well. My kids have found days old dry puke in their play place more than once.
Had us wait for our food for 15-20 min and they still messed up our order. Waited for an ice coffee and got coke and ice tea instead. Also didn’t get our second hashbrown.
As a total Mc Donalds junkie, I love coming here for some greasy french fries and rootbeer! But I’m telling you… the really polite staff that take your order and are friendly, set you up for a huge disappointment when you get to the last window and they are rude, short and accuse you of getting your order wrong. Crazy, didn’t know that when I said no lettuce, no mayo, I actually meant extra lettuce and extra mayo. Oh and please argue with me about it and ask me for an extra 25 cents rather than correct your mistake.This is truly the worst location for rude employees and order screw ups. I swear this place owes me $20 for sides of gravy I order and constantly do not get actually put in my bag.
I seldom go here but 1 out of 2 times that i’ve been here is always a mistake. Annoying mistakes like i ordered 6 pcs nuggets only to find out at home it is only 4 or 5 pcs. I ordered iced tea for a drink but they give coke. Rude managers too. One time i went there to tell them that the plain cheeseburger i ordered is no plain cheese at all. I made sure it is specified on the receipt and yes it is. But they put other stuff in it and my son does not eat them. The manager refused and told them i will not drive all the way back here for a measly f#ckin cheeseburger if i am not telling the truth! Geez…this people need to be oriented customer service 101! Very rude!

What can be said about a fast food joint with millions of locations, they’re all the same. This one however has messed up my order and forgotten things a few too many times. But who can stay made at a place open 24 hours am I right
I did not appreciate the way I was treated at MacDonald’s I did not get served because my friend was making noise and I bought food and went to sit down and my friends came from the ymca and started making a lot of noise and I got screamed at by a customer and the manager that was the last time am going to your restaurant its been a pleasure being your customer
