Just stopped in here at this Boston pizza. It has been rebuilt as the last one was burnt down. Service was good and the waitress was very attentive. Best part was the washroom was clean and smelled clean!
Chloe at Boston Pizza was such a joy to have as a waitress ! The whole crew sang Happy Birthday to my much surprised adult daughter. This just made her day. She’s still talking about it!
Pizza is good enough but I wish BP as a chain would step up on the pasta. This is a big part of their menu and relatively pricey but it is often mediocre, tastes are not right.

Delivery service is a joke. Pretty weak phone receptionists, and it’s clear they get no help from management.
Depends on the Day. I find Service at Boston really depends on the day but the food is almost always good. You really can’t beat their hamburgers – absolutely AWESOME. Pizza is almost always good. For the best service go in the afternoon and never go on a saturday especially at the 3rd avenue location. Service at Mayor Mcgrath tends to be a bit faster possibly because it’s a larger facility.
Worst experience ever!!! The food was ice cold and the server was full of excuses. No tip for you!
