We have been to this restaurant about 5 or 6 times now and they seem to have trouble getting our orders correct. I like everything on mine and my wife likes hers with only certain toppings. When we get our order about half the time it’s wrong which is to bad as when it’s right it’s really good.
Food was average atmosphere was cold, crowded and rushed. Average for a burger joint, the burgers and hot dogs are delicious! lots of toppings thats good, but fries greasy and over salted. The staff doesnt seem to be trained very well, orders are often wrong and the senior staff dont seem to do anything, which affects how long it takes for food to get out. It is kept very clean though, most of the staff are friendly and will correct any mistakes very fast. Over rated and over priced, seriously save your money.
Five Guys Burger and… Sorry, what was your order?. I’ve been to Five Guys probably ten times at this point and I’m finally done. I would say their burgers are great, but they CANNOT get an order right. Ever. Of the ten times I’ve been, I’ve gotten the correct toppings once. I used to think it was because they were busy, but this last time I went I was the only person in the store and I still had two toppings I didn’t want and missed out on two I did. The burger isn’t good if it has a bunch of stuff I hate on it every time.

Love them. There burgers are amazing and they just overload you with fries you will never leave hungry from this place.
Best French Fry Buffet in Town. Exactly what you can expect from standard Five Guys. No need to say the portion of fries are enormous. I’ll die early because of them.
Mmmmm. Good burgers and awesome fries. The fries are even great when reheated in the oven the next day.
