Wait Time. I actually really enjoy their fries. I love the little garlic bits they scrap into the fry cups from the bowl. The sausage I had was good as well. Nothing to special, but moist and it had flavour. Unfortunately, when I came to this food truck I waited almost 2 hours to get my food. Granted, it was a while ago so maybe their operation speed has increased, but I would never wait that long for food not even at my favourite restaurants. If given another chance, I would definitely give this truck another go just to see if the wait time has gone down. dragonfiring.wordpress.com
Creative menu. Tried their B-cup Farrah at the Farmer’s Market Chowdown event. Great, friendly service from the order taker. Nice smile and very approachable. The B-cup size was sufficient for two people. The price was fair and their menu is very unique and creative. Not your average chip place. The fries we got was hot and fresh and loaded with garlic. After a while, it became apparent that the combo of garlic and cheese made it overly salty. Perhaps just a heavy hand from the kitchen? Other than that, an overall pleasant experience and a food truck everyone should visit at least once. 7.5/10
