Despite reading the negative reviews this place has always been my stomping grounds for chinese….awesome food! Dry garlic spare ribs make my mouth water just thinking of them….eggrolls are big and wicked…wonton soup is great…..chicken chow mein pineapple chicken balls fried rice….all day anyday…only downfall is their hours….usually have cravings then they closed! Haha
Disappointment. My friends and I were starving after a day of classes and decided to get chinese food. We called to order for pick up and they told us it would be an hour and a half wait. We weren’t too pleased but since it was a Friday night we understood. When we got their to pick it up there was two tables of people and that’s it. The food was terrible. It was not worth the long wait and for the four of us to eat, we spent almost $100. Never going back!
Puke!!. I was very disappointed when we received our food tonight. First off, I think it was grossly over priced. Secondly, the quality of food was something that not even an animal should have to endure. And lastly… The fellow who delivered our disgusting meal pretty well begged my husband for a tip! Nasty, and will NEVER eat here again!!!! From your very disappointed costumer!
Worst tasting Chinese food I’ve ever had. A few days ago I ordered the dinner for one B, and not only was everything greasy, but it all tasted like old stale cooking oil!
Terrible service & Horrible food.. First time ordering, over an hour for delivery. Chow Mein and Chop Suey with no noodles? Received curried rice instead of curried beef, so called to get it corrected. They offered a credit on our next order which I declined, and asked that they send me my ordered food. Half an hour later they call me back and say that they will need to do an exchange. UM… it’s now been an hour and a half and they want me to wait again for an exchange. I don’t think so, the family has already dived into the curried rice and other items. So, they say there is nothing else they can do to help. The girl on the phone admitted she made a mistake, but has to answer to the boss. She apologized for what she just learned was company policy. Obviously company policy is to screw it’s customers.
Horrible. Was almost 3 hours late. Ginger beef was disgusting. Chicken balls were soggy. Rib had no meat on them. Only edible thing was the rice. Didn’t even give us fortune cookies. It was so bad the cat started crying over her dead relatives. Never eat here.
Ordered dinner for 5 at 6:15 pm, and after calling them twice, it showed up at 8:50 pm. The woman on the phone stated the driver picked it up at 8:05 (still way late, but that’s beside the point) and offered us 10% off the NEXT TIME we order from them (NOT going to happen). When it finally arrived, we were prepared to not pay and send the food back. The very polite delivery guy showed us what time he was called and when he picked it up. It was way past 8:05. Plus he explained he buys the food from them and then does the delivery. So, if we sent it back it would have been his dime. The food was lukewarm and the ginger beef was soggy with a hint of watered down ginger. We will never order from them again. At the very least, be honest with your customers and warn them when they order, that it is a long wait for the food.
