Have never had anything but positive experiences.
Terrible Service. We were at this IHOP December 23rd, 2014 at 12:30 Noon. We were seated quickly and our order taken.45 Minutes later after seeing other people come in after us getting there food. Waitress kept saying she was sorry but did nothing to find out what happened to our order. I requested to speak with the Manager she came out of the kitchen and gave many excuses. Once I complained she said the business would pay for our meal.Food arrived and order was wrong. We ate and left shortly after. This is the second time we tried that IHOP. I will never go into a IHOP again and I will not recommend this establishment to anyone I know.
First time we have eaten at I-Hop in Canada, but we will be back. Four of us took a Sunday day trip to the Lethbridge, Alberta area. We decided to have brunch at the I-Hop on Mayor Magrath Drive. We have all eaten at I-Hop’s in the U.S., but never in Canada. The two girls at reception, told us we had a 10 minute wait, so we took a seat in the fairly large waiting area. They were very busy, with lots of families and young people both waiting and being served. The wait was about 10 minutes. I ordered the 55+ Rise ‘N Shine and my wife ordered the Classic Breakfast Crepes, which consisted of two crepes, filled with scrambled eggs, white cheddar cheese, bacon and ham and topped with a cheddar cheese sauce. Mine brunch consisted of two eggs, ordered soft poached, hash browns, two sausages, and two slices of toast. The server asked if I would like jam or marmalade with the toast? I chose marmalade. We all had coffee, which was brought in a carafe. The meal only took only slightly longer than the wait to get a seat. All four of us enjoyed our brunch, and we will be back. We live in Medicine Hat, Alberta, and we recently heard that we are to get an I-Hop in our town.
Won’t be ordering again. Called in to talk about the food we had bought, the lady that answered must have had her teeth pulled out today or someone was having a Shark week. She could give a damn if my food came from her restaurant or Mickey D’s. So after having ordered the same food 4 times a month for a year I’m saddened to say we won’t be going back. If they don’t care about the person on the other end of the phones food I can only imagine what they are doing to the food before they serve it.
Need to improve. Had dinner last night, Turkey dinner The soup was very good the rest of the foodhorrible…… not worth the price of 13.95 this was the last time for us. No servicefood was cold, No more
Ihop? idont!. The staff looks like ex cons, no smiles. Our waitress had no idea what she was doing. The food was ok but I wouldn’t ever home back on my own.
Not for me. Just a basic breakfast place. Plain and uninspiring. There are much better options in town.
