Restaurant needs to take a tip on how to treat people. Went for dinner tonight. There was five people in our group we all ordered. I took hour to get our main course. Every meal had something wrong with it. Steak was cold for two of the meals as well as the rest of the food on the plate. The Baked Lasagna was luke warm and appeared to have sat for awhile best way to describe it was mushi. Had a salad which came out extremely small the side salads that came with the meal were bigger. When these concerns were brought up they said they would give a free desert. They were only giving us one free desert for five meals that were not good. The waitress did say she could remake the meals but we had already waited an hour. Bill never came to the table went to the front to pay. Apparently when we were walking up front one of the staff said that they we better pay for our meals. Asked for our bills up front the girl at the desk was not friendly. When we finally got our bills. The owner/manager came up and proceeded to be rude to us. Informed us that they would give us 25% off. We were not told of this we tried to explain to her what the problem was and she proceeded to tell my friend that she had no class. I really don’t think that is appropriate way to talk to a customer when it was the restaurants that didn’t provide a meal of any standards.

Was driving from Ontario to BC and stopped here for a nice dinner and was THOROUGHLY impressed with the quality of the food, the professional and pleasant demeanor of my server and the cleanliness of the restaurant. I wish I could give more than 5 Stars. EXCELLENT!
The only place in town with real home made food. All their dressings made from scratch. Delicious desserts also made from scratch. Weve been eating here for many years and will definately return again and again. Owners know you by name if your a repeat customer and such nice people.06 Dec, 2013This place is awsome. Great staff! Always a great meal. Unlike the previous reviewer who is bothered by being offered too much water. Ive eaten at places where your lucky if the waitess comes back twice if all your having is water. Get a life. I LOVE THE FOOD HERE!
Upon arriving I was pleased with the decor, though i was unimpressed with the atmosphere because it was way too dead for a Thursday night! We were greeted by a relatively friendly waitress who was way past her serving prime and we ordered the calimari to start. it was horrible! Way over cooked and too heavily breaded. It’s saving grace was the delicious tzatsziki dip.. For the entree I ordered the seafood linguine, which was amazing. This place has positives and negatives but calimari is a big deal for me so I won’t be going back.
I came here with my mom for lunch today and I left the restaurant incredibly disappointed with everything. My mom ordered a small number 8 pizza and they made a number 9 instead. The server took back our food and a little while later out came the right pizza and my pasta. The pizza was good according to my mom but my baked lasagna had little to no taste and my wedge of garlic toast was soggy and cold:( when I went to pay I presented a coupon through an app called pocket deals. The server had never seen that before so she needed to get the owner/manager. The manager had no idea where the coupon came from and at first didn’t want to honor it but after telling that she had to honor it, she decided to do it. This place was awful and I’ll never go back to this location. I’ll stick to the north side luigis!!!
This is not the north side Luigi’s! Pizza letdown. Disappointed.
Pizza great the soup not so much. Had an awesome bacon and mushroom pizza.. The French onion soup was overwhelmingly salty but perhaps flavours had reduced by the end of the day as we ordered around 8pm.. Senior helpings my father had was huge(lasagna). The new renovation was impressive and welcoming
