Terrible. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! After looking on here I guess i’m not the only one, The one girl was arguing on the phone to someone while trying to cook, then people that came in after me were getting their food before me, Then she decided to leave the cook station and go talk in the back. I just walked out and let them keep the 7.50, so unsanitary, to bad they cant run a decent business.I wish we had a Donair place like Calgarys Jimmys A&A Donair in lethbridge, best donairs and customer service in the world, they should go take notes.never going back.
Worse than McDonald’s. The place is hot and stuffy. The owner is sweating over the food as he cooks it and the food is poor quality. The size of the donair is so tiny with an astronomical price. The hamburger meat is lower grade than McDonald’s. Would never go back!
Coming from a poor student I love the fact I get 10% off just by showing my ID card. Customer service is always awesome and food is delicious. From working in fast food I understand sometimes there can be a wait but for the food its so good I don’t mind! highly recommend going in when either Kimberly or Lianna are working service is always the best then!
Worst customer service I have EVER experienced:/ not to mention the cleanliness or should I say uncleanliness. If u plan to eat here, make it a pick up!
Pitiful. Ordered a Poutine. Cost almost $6 and got what looked like ti was half eaten already. Fries tasted cheap and possibly freezer burnt! Very very disappointing and not worth the money. You would assume a privately owned business would place more emphasis on quality and bang-for-your-buck!
It’s great. As far and decor, this is a typical donair restaurant (ie. not great decor), but that’s not why you go to a donair restaurant. You go for good donairs, and Sam’s delivers. I grew up in Halifax with the sweet sauce donairs, so this is what I’m looking for. I’ve never had anything other than friendly service there, and I go often.
Worst Donair place I’ve been to in Alberta. High price. Low quality and it’s a rip off for the price. Their super donair is a joke. They skimp on the sauce and the beef. You don’t get what you pay for. Save your money and time this place sucks.
