Consistently Good. I go to Swiss Chalet more than any other restaurant in Lethbridge, and I have never had a bad experience there. The food is always good, and the service is always friendly.
Swiss Chalet? More like Joke Chalet. I ordered a burger an hour ago, wish I could taste it. I’m never wasting my time with these people again.
Terrible!. The only positive experience here were the servers, the food and menu were poorly planned, the atmosphere was drab and uninterestingManagement came across as rude and bossy.We showed up on my birthday had to sent the meal back three times,And when i was offered a slice of cake it was completely stale.Three of us will never return again.
I was very excited to come have ribs and chicken, to find after we look at our menu that there was no ribs, the food came out cold. Waitress wasn’t very helpful
Great Chicken. My whole family love Swiss Chalet. The food is always fresh and hot and tasty but not greasy like the other chicken place. The service is top notch; from the host to the servers they always make you feel welcome. Special mention goes out to Leah. Get there early on Fri and Sat evenings as it fills up fast. And don’t forget to fill out the online survey from your bill. You’ll get a code to receive a free appetizer or soup the next time you eat there.
