Only complaint is the fries are usually mushy instead of crispy. Swiss Chalet isn’t as cheap as it used to be, so we only eat here when they have the quarter chicken dinners on cheap, but other than wimpy fries everything else is always great!
I am a Swiss Chalet fan but this location gets a solid 3 and that’s all it deserves. There is nothing special about the food or service at this location. If you’ve been to any Swiss Chalet you know what to expect and this location is no different. Service has been hit and miss each time I’ve dined there. Waitresses are often times more interested in their personal conversation than their diners experience. All that aside, sometimes you just want a half or quarter chicken meal with the simple sides. Quick food that beats the hell out of driving through McDonald’s.
