I just moved a few blocks away from Royal India express so I decided to test them out through Skip the Dishes. The food arrived hot and pretty quick. Portions could have used a few more chunks of chicken and paneer and make sure to add naan as their entrees don’t come with any. Everything was just ok, not great but considering this is a take-out Indian restaurant I wasn’t really expecting greatness. I ordered butter chicken which could have used more chicken and the sauce was average. The Muttar paneer(usually my fav) and Shahi Paneer could have used a few more paneer chunks too. The curries were also pretty bland and all kind of tasted the same. Very mild for spiciness compared to most Indian restaurants. Their naan bread was really good, arrived hot with a nice chew, and the samosas(beef and veg) were also quite good, I preferred the veggie one.Willing to give them a 2nd shot
