Loved the old buildings that have been restored. Gave us a taste of what life on the ranch was like back then. Great interpretive talks and demos. Even had cowboy coffee!

Definitely something to visit if you’re not from a ranching or western type lifestyle. It’s a great way to see how much of the prairie provinces live or how the west was won! It’s a bit of a tourist attraction but fun just the same.
They offer a horse drawn wagon ride of the ranch. The scenery is incredible – take a camera. The entrance area offers a chronological history of the ranch. There is a dining area that serves very good food – try the meat soup.
