Brought some friends from out of town over the summer to Cru on 17th between sightseeing & exploring Calgary, and I knew they’d like Cru as they’re health nuts and love trendy interiors. I’ve had the chia bowls a few times, I wouldn’t say they’re filling enough to be a meal, but it’s a nice snack. Like others have mentioned, the juice prices can seem a bit steep, but in terms of cold-pressed juices on the market, it’s pretty much on par. I’m a big fan of the charcoal lemonade, although I have tried 50 shades of green and a few other seasonal drinks they’ve had. I’d check this place out if you’re a fan of cold-pressed juice or just want a healthy snack!
