Delicious, hearty and healthy! Love it! We are just in town for the weekend and found this place and its so good. The salad was huge and not just full of greens but lots of the toppings throughout. It was totally filling as well and I ended up eating it over two meals. I wish there was one in Edmonton.

I will come back and rate you at a 5 if you please get some SALT near the forks. Most of the dressings are BLAND. It’s convenient because it’s right under the gym, so I’ve tried a few things. I asked for salt the first time and the good employee went ‘downstairs’ and came up with a tiny bowl of salt I felt like sharing with others. The second time the lazy employee said they didn’t have any. I said, ‘I know you have it downstairs.’ She shrugged and said she didn’t think so. ANYWAY my point is, provide salt, please! I take it home now and add my own salt and make a 2 star salad into a four. If you don’t have salt on you, order the miso dressing, it at least has a kick to it.

SO GOOD. Conveniently located under the gym for something quick to grab before work. I made up a breakfast bowl as well as a salad. Price is a little high, but it’s worth it for good, healthy food.

Very fresh salads and friendly service. I like how they have the calories on the menu. The restaurant is very nice on the inside. The portion sizes is very big (a lot more lettuce/ filler compared to freshii). I tried the Mediterranean with added chicken. It was very tasty and fresh. The price point for a salad and a bottle of water was almost $25 which I think is a little steep. I will be back. I would like to try the breakfast bowls.

Had the wild bowl. Good size portion. Could use more protein. A bit expensive. Flavour was ok…………………………………………….

What a waste of money! $15.00 and up to almost $20.00 for ONE salad?! Granted yes they are large salads.. full of nothing but greens that will cost you about $6.00 for a whole containers at the grocery store. Hardly any toppings added. Also witnessed what looked like the manager discussing orders, menu, etc with an employee who did nothing but roll her eyes, look half asleep and not at all interested in what he was talking about.Staff a little unfriendly and not helpful.Do not waste your money here.
