I ordered from here on Skip the Dishes. It wasnt bad but not wonderful either. The meat in my donair was really tender and tasty, and the toppings and sauces nice. The wrap was a little stale tasting in some parts and then by the time I got to the end it was soggy. I think this is just because it was delivered though. If you got it in shop Im sure these wouldnt be issues. Also got the potatoes, not bad but didnt enjoy the white sauce on top. It needed more garlic. Ordered a spanakopita which I usually love at Greek restaurants. I did not like this at all. It didnt seem to have feta in it and the taste was sweet and cinnamon or nutmeg or something that I did not like. That could just be preference though. Also Im sure there are different ways of making spinach pie. Baklava was so/so. All in all I wouldnt order from here again most likely as there are so much better places.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. 24 hours after eating here with 3 of my friends, we ALL had severe food poisoning. I’m talking near hospitalization type sickness. We all had to take 2 full sick days off work. There is no doubt in my mind that it was this that gave it to us as it was the only place we ate all day. I tried contacting the shop directly and they did not reply. I would not be surprised if many others got sick after visiting that day.
This is always my first choice for shawarma in Calgary. The chicken shawarma here is amazing and I especially like the fact that they wrap the shawarma in a thin roomali roti of sorts that prevents ingredients from falling out of the wrap and makes eating it a breeze. nigameash.com
One of my go-to restaurants for dinner. Good quantity for the price you pay. The owner and the employees are uber friendly and cater to your needs. I have been going here for almost a year and a half now and the taste is super amazing and fresh food every single time. Both shawarma platter and wraps are total yumm. Baklava is amazing too. I love this place and the food tastes amazing every single time I visit. A must go and get hooked kind of a place.
Had a chicken shawarma and they give you a huge amount of chicken compared to other places. Place was busy. It was around noon. Service was kind of strange. The guy with glasses was talking to four customers at once, but they were all seated and eating their lunches. I don’t think they’re the Kings of Shawarma, but they definitely serve portions to try and make you feel like one.
honestly I use to go to this place a lot but now i can’t even stand that place they made a chicken shawarma with chicken hair and disgusting skin on the chicken and when i asked them to look at what they gave me they denied and my sister’s food was so bad that she threw up and we both got sick their meat stinks and chicken is not even clean. My friends brother got food poisoning from their food I am going to complain to the food inspector and tell them to go and see how unhygienic food. I have told all my family members not to go there for food. There are other shawarma places please go to those places that have clean food. please please when ever you go there just look at their old stove and look at how they have everything made in kitchen.
