Great patio for part of the patio tour. I had been searching for some decent popcorn shrimp. Found it. Really enjoyed it with a glass of wine, my buddy had a Caesar, it was well made. I will put it on the list for the summer patio tour, there are other items on the sharing menu that look worth trying.
Roosevelt’s is a great pub along 17th Ave. They have a bit of a different menu from your traditional pub fare, and that is a good thing. We’ve never had a bad meal here and the service has always been great. They have a pretty neat patio for the summer too which is nice.
We stopped in for lunch. The service was very good. We had the burger and the salad. They were both really good! I enjoyed the quinoa salad a lot!!!
This place is great for a casual drink and to watch the game! My server was AMAZING (and new), and the manager came to check in on everything regularly to support the new staff member – they were both fantastic! The food was good, we just had some wings and ribs, but i would definitely go back again!
WORST FOOD AND SERVICE IN CALGARY Understaffed on a holiday Friday is poor management. We waited 19 minutes before someone took our drink order. Food came out cold and was not what we ordered. I’ve tried to eat here a few times and have always been disappointed. Downloaded this app to specifically warn people about eating here…. SPEND YOUR MONEY ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!
I went late-ish at night with some friends, and the atmosphere was pretty good. I ordered some food which I really wasn’t that impressed with. Overall the service was pretty good, and the drinks were standard. I would definitely be willing to give it another go and try something different on the menu.
Went here for wing night on Thursday. 25c and 32oz mega beers for 9 bucks. Great value and wings were actually well done and good service. Was a little loud in here for 8.30pm on a Thursday though in my opinion is the only downfall.
