I have been here many times since it is close to work. I have had their satay beef sub, deep fried prawn with coconut, satay beef and satay seafood pho. I find their prices fair considering outside of downtown most places charge the same. Where else in downtown can you get a tasty Vietnamese sub for only $8? This place gets busy but I always enjoy the food here and never have to wait for a table. Service is quick and the restaurant is clean.

I always have lunch here. The vermicelli is so great and the pork chop rice is amazing. They are very friendly. My friends sometimes buy subs from here.
Very friendly people and the restaurant was new and clean. I had the Satay Beef Pho, mango bubble tea and the spring rolls. It was delicious! I will definitely go back.
