Accompanied by and recommended by a dear friend we opted dine at The Coup one evening while in city. Contrary to expectations, the place churns out excellent vegetarian dishes with extensive selection of local craft beers besides serving regular drinks. My Greek Goddess bowl was excellent, flavoursome and filling too. So was the Spring Bud Ramen ordered by my daughter.Pleasant ambience and friendly people adds to the experience for sure.Though a bit pricey yet a place worth a visit even if you are an established carnivore!. Just a bit of advice, do make a reservation rather than just popping up…
Good food but very expensive for the trendy vegan cuisine. Not everything tastes as good either but the good ones are delicious. The giant panda is a delicious coconut curry dish. The falafel quesadilla is rather blend and dry in comparison. On small bites the bbq sushi is amazing. We were just 2 people with 2 non-alcoholic drinks, 2 appetizers, 2 mains, and 1 dessert to share. It came to $52 each before tips, so definitely for the more wealthy than the average person. I like the food enough to go once in a long while, but not often.
