We recently moved into the area and decided to give Nandos a try when they first opened, as friends said they had been to other locations and highly recommended it. So the first visit was decent enough. However, my husband ordered a cappacino and the girl took forever to make it. ( actually he gave up) We gave her the benefit of doubt since she was new. The concept of having to go up and order your food is a little strange, but it seemed to run fairly well.However, when we came in this time, it was extremely disorganized! They were out of the peri-peri vegetables, ( very disappointing ) as an appetizer, we ordered hummus and bread. (Which didn’t arrive until the entree) portions were small, service was horrible! ! Water container was filthy,!!! I could say more, but just dido the previous 1 and 2 star reviews.Management needs to right this ship or it will sink! And fast! Until we hear that it has done so, we will not be back and will tell others not to go either! It is extremely disappointing for this otherwise lovely community. PS.The same girl who made an attempt to make the cappuccino also made the sangria we ordered this time around. (Not good)I really hope you are able to pass this review onto management.
it’s been 40min since we ordered and the food haven’t arrived yet!!! its just 2 meals… not even busy no line ups.. I will never go back here ever such a waste of time!!!!
Horrendous service, very poor management. Staff seem more attentive to socializing than looking after the customer. Very poorly run! Went for takeout last Sunday and waited an hour for our order. No update from management or any other staff. Food when arrived was very good
Absolutley amazing place to eat! The chicken is always fresh and flavorful. Its a Fast Casual concept so not a full sit down so they’re wait times are really good and super quick. Delicious!
Worst food ever !!!!! I asked for not spicy Chicken at all because i cant eat spicy food and my chicken was disgusting. Spicy doesn’t mean flavour guys. The fries cover with pepper and the chicken sandwich with spicy mayo. Really ??? I live in Mahogany guys and i will tell my friends don’t spend any looney on your store. I did not enjoy to waste my money with bas food.
Nando’s is a great place to go for a quick dinner. They do flame grilled chicken with their special Nando’s spices. Essentially it is just chicken and chips but it is tasty. They only downside is it is a bit expensive for chicken and chips, and this new location had really long wait times. We’ll be back again though.
I am so happy to have a Nando’s in the deep south. I have already been here twice and it’s just as good. The chicken is always cooked to perfection and the sauces are all delicious. The veggies were a bit underdone but still good and the fries are nothing special. I really wish they would warm the Portuguese buns before serving but a minor detail. The staff are friendly and as attentive as they can be in such a busy place. Make sure to have a custard tart!
