Lunch was great!!. We had lunch yesterday and everything was great. The service good as well. Their and perogies were spot on. I have purchased their frozen food before and was always pleased. Highly recommend them.
Rude employees. Perogies were six in a meal and they were all different flavours which I wasn’t made aware of. Some gross sweet potato flavour and a sauerkraut mush flavour. Don’t recommend! Go to heritage bakery deli if you’re looking for homemade perogies that are delicious.
Great Food. We had this brought into the office for a goodbye lunch and it was fantastic, a little hard to get it down town as there is no delivery but definitely worth the trouble. Everyone loved it!!!!
The Best!. I’ve never been to the restaurant, but I’ve bought frozen and ready-to-order food at the Crossroads Farmer’s Market. Simply amazing; fresh, hot food that tastes home made, and the frozen food is a treat for Sunday dinners. The best! I’m a repeat customer for life!
I purchased frozen perogies and cabbage rolls at the crossroads market. When I got home I was excited about having them for dinner, only to find the perogies were badly freezer burnt, and cabbage rolls were very bland. Not sure if I would ever buy them again…
Perogies like Baba’s. Picked up some frozen perogies from the Airdrie Farmer’s market today.First place we were able to find homemade perogies so not sure if $6.50/dozen is a good price or not. Cottage cheese and saurkraut was $6.75/dozen.Had the potatoe and onion perogies for supper tonight and they were delicious! Tasted like my Baba made them! Will be back next week for more.
Reminds me of Eastern Europe. Slightly shabby on the outside, and scuffy on the inside, ‘Ukrainian Fine Food Restaurant’ (located in the SE near 42nd Ave and Blackfoot) has some very traditionally prepared Ukrainian dishes. The sausage and perogies (what I had) are quite good and not very expense.Fairly good place to drop by for take out for lunch, if you happen to be in the area.
