Was not impressed sorry to say. Food took forever they were out of chicken fingers which at least 3 people had ordered..fine it happens but my burger and fries came out at room temp. Another burger its bun was as hard as the table top. The chicken clubhouse was inedible..the chicken was hard as rock. And since the chicken fingers were out a replacement order of dumplings was placed…well that took at least 25 mins and was served well after all other food. It was not a packed house I am sorry not even excuse if the place was packed. Will not be in any hurry to go back sad to say
This is a cool little pub. There’s live music and the staff are fun and very down to earth. The menu is full of classic pub food and it’s good. I highly recommend the potato skins stuffed with pulled pork and smothered in mashed potatoes, bacon and jalapeos. Gotta try it.
Love the beggar! They have the best food, music and drinks! The people are amazing, and there’s always something to do here on weekends! Live bands!
I was referred to the Blind Beggar through my hotel… Tuesdays they do 2lbs of wings for $10 so me and my friend each had one. They were one of the best wings I have had ever on a wing night. Plump, crispy and delicious! I recommend you try the Thai or the Mango. The Clubhouse was also amazing. Triple decker sandwich with real turkey! They add a cranberry mayo onto it which was a perfect touch. I would recommend this place to my friends, and I will be back next time I am in town.
Nice little pub to go and have drinks at! Food is average, but the atmosphere is usually pretty good, especially when they have bands playing.
Went to the Blind Beggars wing night on Tuesday, I was very pleased with my experience. They call them premium wings and I understood why when they arrived. Very meaty plump wings. The server recommended the Mango Chipotle wings which were fantastic. If you get the chance try them! Service was great, we always had what we needed when we needed it. We were even treated to some songs by an a Capella chorus who I was told are Tuesday regulars. I will definitely return!
Triple Decker Deliciousness. Hands down, one of the best Club House Sandwiches, ever! Not to mention, it’s the home original live music. Four days a week they’ll tickle your eardrums with local, live music and awesome jams.
