This is the worst restaurant for customer service. Went here this evening ordered 4 prime rib dinners, wasn’t prime rib as I’ve had it here before. My daughter found 2 hairs in her steak and one wrapped around the lettuce in her salad. There was au jus and a bun over the top, we couldn’t even chew the steak. Called them, the girl said bring it back and we will refund your money. I packed everything up and drove all the way back. Once we were there they took the food and only gave us half of our money back because we ate the potatoes, so we paid 40 bucks for potatoes. 8:30 pm and everybody is starving, these scam artists shouldn’t even be in business. Pathetic.
