Absolutely loved it. We asked for the pho to be made extra spicy and they did not disappoint. It was amazing. The wontons were great and the chicken satay with lemongrass might be my favourite in the city. I’d totally recommend
In Jan 2017, we purchased a Groupon for Saigon Pho (1440 52 St NE Suite 530, Calgary) – C$15 for Vietnamese Cuisine at Saigon Pho (C$25 Value). We went to the restaurant in Feb 2017 intending to use the Groupon. We presented the Groupon prior to ordering. The waitress rudely refuse to honour our Groupon and said that they cannot accept it. When we asked why given expiry was in May , she only said that Groupon had not paid them yet or something so they are no longer accepting it. We asked if she could at least let us use the cash value paid ($15), she still refused and said that we are out of luck and the only thing we can do is get a refund directly from Groupon. I was furious and we left the restaurant.After the fact, I contacted Groupon and explained the situation. After some difficult conversations, Groupon eventually refunded my amountI have never eaten at this restaurant, but given how they treated a potential customer I will never eat there in my life. I don’t know (nor do I care about) what happened between them and Groupon, but don’t screw me over.If you see this Groupon for sale, steer clear!

There reason was not valid. ‘Oh yeah um we just have some problems with group ons so we don’t take it anymore’. Yet, its still being sold! Isaid at the very least you need to honor the original value of the group on. She said i needed to talk to group on. I asked if they had indeed cancelled this deal with group on it self but she had said oh we left a message with them but group on hasn’t contacted us. Its likely that they realised they were losing out money promoting with group on and cancelled without actual cause. Pretty shady for a company. Like i said, at the very minimal, they should have offered the minimal value in which i paid for the voucher. I should not have go and cancel my group on and recourse because of their neligiance. Considering group on isn’t even aware of them not accepting them!
Ordered my favorite vietnamese combination for delivery lastnight, I really like their vermicelli with charbroiled pork, spring rolls and double charbroiled shrimp most of the other vietnamese places I used to order don’t have this combination. I was so excited when I looked up their menu and when the food came I couldn’t wait to eat it. I ordered fresh salad rolls as well I’m not sure though why it didn’t come with the usual peanut sauce that why I ended up not eating the salad rolls. But the food was great and I will definitely be ordering in this place again!
Went here for dinner with my husband. We ordered the spring rolls which were very tasty, and the salad rolls which were also good. They both had very flavourful dips with them. My husband ordered the special pho with sate broth and I ordered the rare beef and beef ball pho and both were delicious. Their broth is spot on. We were both so full that we had full takeout containers of soup to bring home for tomorrow. Our new favourite pho spot for sure. Going to try their noodle bowls next time since we know the sauce is tasty. Great job, great service, clean restaurant, great prices.
A great, better than average Pho restaurant! I’ve been to my fair share of Pho restaurants and this place definitely stands out. The atmosphere is really nice and the decor is in good taste. The food was great but the customer service was outstanding. They were VERY accommodating to my peanut allergy and were very flexible in regards to their menu. Lots of options and variety in their menu (vegetarians rejoice!). Definitely will be back again!
