This is hands down my favourite place for Banh Mi (Viet subs) and they’re only $4-$5.50!! Wish I found this place sooner! Their subs are freshly made, big, and taste so delicious. Unlike other banh mi subs in the city, this place doesn’t cheap out on packing their subs with big portions. We ordered the Vegetarian Sub (#9) and Beef Satay sub (#22). Plus there so so many options to choose from! Great value for an super delicious Viet subs. You can also order takeout side dishes, BBQ meats, and desserts all in the same place. Definitely coming back here to try more flavours!
This is the place to get Vietnamese subs or at least for me whenever I crave it. They have more meat in their sandwiches than other places which is awesome. You can eat it as is but I prefer toasting it at home for a couple minutes to get that nice crunchy texture on the baguette. Cheap and delicious which is why it is my go-to place for a Vietnamese sub. oliveoiloilpaint.com
If you wanna good cheap version of sub, then this is the place!!They mad their own bun, crispy and tasty, I think it’s because they made it with rice flour instead of wheat flour. The service is very fast too!
Located right next to their partners who serve delicious Chinese BBQ this place holds a special place in my heart. Been coming here all my life and the fact that I know the owners now makes their food taste that much better. The ladies that work the sandwich counter are very sweet. Their Bahn Mi’s rival that of Van Loc’s but probably inch out the win as I find they are a tad bigger in size. You can also buy all their various cuts of meat they use by the pound if you like. If you’re adventurous they also make very delicious pork/chicken liver pate which is delicious over bread. Their desserts are all handmade and are absolutely delicious.
My favourite banh mi in Edmonton. Compared to the other places in town, Nhon Hoa 2 is better value and consistently good. Big sandwiches with lots of meat, carrot, cilantro, etc. Bread is decent. Cheap!
I love Vietnamese subs. They have way more flavour and is a lot cheaper then subway. This is my go to place for a banh mi sub. They’re quick and it’s all fresh for a very reasonable price.
Best viet sub. Service is fast and friendly. The bread is super fresh, the meat is tasty and the veg is crispy.Anytime I get a hankering for viet subs, this place hits the spot every time.Reminder, cash only.
