Real Real. I always check out the clientele in ethnic restaurants to see how authentic things are. I’m usually the only caucasian in this restaurant, they don’t give you utensils unless you ask (don’t). they don’t turn on the air conditioner (they have ceiling fans) and they burn incense when making coffee. This is the real deal. …and the food is 11/10. Family owned and run. You can’t get any better than this. Classic 95th Street fare…
We loved this place. A delicious exotic aroma greets you before you even enter this wonderful hidden gem. Next you are greeted by the owner, who is friendly and knowlegable without being overbearing. Then there is the delicious food. This is not just a resturaunt it is an intimate experience where you are made to feel as if you are family. Can’t wait to visit again.

I love Rendez Vous!. My sister took me here to try Ethiopian cuisine! Wow! I loved it! Awesome food and very friendly staff! I will definitely come back again and again! Yummmmy!
Best Ethiopian Food in Etown. I love this place, the food and service are excellent! This is a great place especially if you are new to Ethiopian Cuisine, just ask for suggestions…you can’t go wrong! Prices are very reasonable.
