Disappointing. I have come here twice, once when it opened and again today. The selection seems to have gotten worse, which would have been fine if it were part of refining the menu. But the baked goods are obviously not fresh and have a strange, doughy underdone texture to them. The flavours of the fillings and icings are simple, mostly just sweet and not much else. Two months later, there’s been no improvements whatsoever.Both times, the girl behind the counter didn’t even acknowledge us. I said hello and, after paying, thanked her, and she just gave us a blank look instead of a proper reply. The entire time we were browsing, she just sat behind the counter looking miserable. I don’t know if she was the eponymous Ruby but if she is she is in the wrong profession. If not, she needs to go.
