We went to China Town to walk the streets to find a hole-in-the-wall restaurant that might surprise us and after our search we found theSaigon Garden and decided to take a chance. The owner was such a nice person and I feel bad about reviewing this, but the Pho was horrible. The bowl was tiny and cost $13. We felt embarrassed being there as it was so bad. Oh well….the search goes on.
Love this place but they have the WORST hours

Best beef cube in town! A must try!
Nice and cozy little mum and pop shop off on a side street. Been here since before the reno and new menu – it looks a lot nicer now but the food is just as good as always. Of all the things I’ve tried, my favourite is the Lamb Satay. Soooooo good! My boyfriend loves the Beef Cubes which seems to be their specialty because I see a lot of people ordering it everytime I’m there. Definitely worth a try if you’ve never been… It’s not just your typical pho place!
Excellent lamb satay. Newly renovated so it’s pretty comfortable and very friendly service that you can chat with. It’s off to the side but don’t miss it, it’s a great place.
Best pho in town! A jewel. Don’t miss it!
