First, the food at this restaurant is fantastic! My family and I concurred that this is perhaps the best Thai restaurant we have tried so far in Edmonton. We ordered green curry and basil stir fry (both with chicken). Both dishes were incredibly well-flavored. Second, the person working there (the owner) was very accommodating of us. Waited patiently as we hesitated on our order. Dealt with the fickle decision-making of our kid. Third, the place is no longer called Viphalay. The new name (as of 10 months ago) is Noi Thai.
