Pretty sure I my husband and I got food poisoning from eating here. Will never order from them again. Super disappointing and food was mediocre. We got the ginger chicken and it did NOT taste like chicken. Yuck.
We ordered from here often before, started excellent, last couple of times very disappointing!!We called for delivery & told it would be 45 minutes. Totally acceptable! But our order came in 15 minutes flat! We live about a 7 minute drive away. Our salt & pepper chicken was salty but dried out, no spice at all. Shrimp chow mien noodles were so dry, they were crunchy. Pork & veggie dumplings rubbery.None of this was fresh & had obviously been sitting for some time..,Called to complain & lady on other end seemed very disinterested and never offered anything other than a sorry, Unfortunate to have lost what started as great local restaurant. We won’t be ordering ever againUpdate: the owner did call within an hour of my initial call & did apologize & did offer a discount on our next order, so I do have to give them credit for that level of customer service
Just picked up food for dinner. Always fast, fresh and tasty. The owners are very nice people. I won’t go anywhere else anymore as this is by far the most consistent restaurant in this area!
Very dried out meat, seemed like it double cooked, terrible. We phone to notify owners, unpleasant on the phone and said try again, then hung up.
We have been a few times, We usually eat in the little dining room. The service is always great! Food is Really good!!! Love it!! Close to home, Great Food
Really enjoyed our food. Haven’t found a Chinese food delivery place in the SE as good as this. Big portions, everything arrived hot and fresh and the meat was really good and tender.
Well unfortunately we didn’t even get a chance to try the food. I tried to order over the phone and the lady was incredibly rude. I asked for the dinner for 2 and to replace the ginger fried beef with a chicken chow mein and I’d pay the $2 the menu says I have to pay for the change. It was a huge deal as she kept saying they wont normally do changes to the dish and she was very irritated with me. She then told me it would cost $50 without tax and delivery and I asked politely where the other $20 came from.. she couldn’t explain it to me at all and yelled at me and just said ‘WE DONT DO SUBSTITUTIONS’ at which point I just hung up. Absolutely ridiculous and I will never be ordering from here.. obviously lol.
